Oatmeal crepes

Ingredients

Crepes

1/3 cup all-purpose flour
1/3 cup Oatmeal
2 eggs
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon sugar
1 cup milk
Butter for frying

Instructions

Put the oatmeal in a blender and blend until fine

In a large bowl, whisk together oatmeal, all-purpose flour, eggs, milk, salt and sugar until smooth

On a skillet/ non-stick pan over medium low heat, pour ΒΌ cup of batter. Quickly rotate the pan to make sure the whole area of the pan is covered. Cook until the edges start to brown

Flip to the other side, spread some butter on the cooked side

Flip again to the other side and spread butter too. Flip again on both sides until lightly brown and well cooked. Transfer crepes onto a plate. Repeat with the remaining batter

Serve as desired
