Tuna fish pizza

Ingredients (for 1 pizza)

1 Pizza dough, click here for recipe
½ – 1 cup tuna fish + the oil
¼ cup black olives
½ medium red onion
¼ cup tomato sauce (optional)
1-2 cups mozzarella cheese
6-8 pieces of Salami (optional)


Preheat the oven to about 400°F, or about 200°C. Put the dough onto a floured surface. Let it rest for a few minutes. Recipe for pizza dough click here

Roll pizza dough into a thin layer

Transfer the dough onto a greased pizza pan/ baking sheet/ baking paper. Brush the edges of the dough with a little bit of oil from the tuna fish

Add tomato sauce (you can also do it without tomato sauce)

Bake each pizza for about 8-10 minutes, then add mozzarella cheese (sliced or grated) on top, along with any other ingredients

If you are using salami, add salami on top with additional cheese (optional)

Let the pizzas bake until the crust is browned and the cheese is melted; about 6-10 minutes. Slice and serve as desired
