Watermelon-cucumber-mint juice

3 cups watermelon
1½ cup cucumber
1/3 cup mint leaves
1 tablespoon honey
1 cup ice cubes


Seed and dice watermelon; peel and dice cucumber; roughly chop mint

Blend/ process watermelon, cucumber, mint and honey until smooth

Using a mesh, strain to extract the pulp. (You can store the juice in an airtight container in a refrigerator for up to a week)

Serve with ice cubes
