Cucumber tomato yoghurt raita

1 cup Cucumber
¾ cup greek yoghurt
½ cup tomatoes
¼ cup onion
2 tablespoon parsley
2 tablespoon Mint
½ teaspoon chili peppers flakes
Salt to taste
1-2 tablespoon lemon


Make either vinegar pickled onion or lemon pickled onion; drain water, put aside

Peel, seed and dice cucumber and tomato; chop parsley and mint

Place mint, lemon and parsley in a food processor to make a paste

Mix all ingredients in a medium bowl. Season with salt and pepper

Serve as needed with mutton biryani, kofta biryani, chicken tikka biryani or tandoori chicken biryani
