Lime ginger dressing

1 lime, zest and juice
¼ teaspoon fresh ginger
2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
1 teaspoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon honey
3 tablespoons olive oil
¼ teaspoon chilli pepper flakes
¼ teaspoon salt


Prepare ingredients; zest the lime; squeeze lime juice; grate ginger

In a small bowl or dressing bottle, whisk together all the ingredients

Serve as needed with salad like tandoori chicken salad, or any other salad
