Cucumber-Mint Raita

1 cups greek yogurt, see recipe here
¼ cup fresh mint
½ a cucumber
½ teaspoon cumin powder
¼ teaspoon sugar
A pinch of cayenne pepper
Salt to taste


Grate cucumber and finely chop mint

In a medium bowl, mix all the ingredients together. Season with salt to taste

Serve as needed

Enjoy with chicken tikka biryani or kofta biryani
