Fried eggs avocado burgers

2 soft sesame buns
4 eggs
1 small onion
1 medium tomato
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 slices of sandwich cheese
1 avocado
Hamburger sauce or mayonnaise
1 teaspoon butter
Salt and pepper to taste


Slice onion, tomato and avocado, put aside

Slice sesame buns in half. Spread butter on cut-side

On a pre-heated pan over medium heat, place sesame buns on a pan, butter-side down

Util they are lightly charred, put aside

Crack one egg at a time into a small bowl

In a greased pre-heated frying pan over low heat, pour the eggs into the pan; one at a time. Season with salt and pepper. Let eggs cook for a minute or 2

Split and flip eggs to the other side, let them cook for 15-20 seconds; or until cooked to your liking

Place eggs and cheese on the buns

Top with other of ingredients. Enjoy
