Mango coconut frozen yogurt

3 cups frozen mango
½ cup coconut milk
½ cup Greek yogurt, for recipe click here
2 tablespoon honey


Wash and dice mango

Put mango in a freezer bag. Seal and store in freezer for up to 10 months

When ready to use, put frozen mango, Greek yogurt, honey and coconut milk into a blender or food processor

Process/ blend the mixture until it is creamy, about 5 minutes

Pour into a loaf pan or airtight container. Smooth into an even layer

Freeze for 2 hours, or until frozen but still a little soft for scooping. (If freezing overnight, cover with a lid or plastic wrap, but let it sit out at room temperature for about 5-10 minutes before scooping)

Serve as desired
