Cucumber-yoghurt raita

1 cup Cucumber
¾ cup yoghurt
2 tablespoon Cilantro
2 tablespoon Mint
1 Chili
Salt to taste
1 tablespoon lemon


Peel and dice cucumber; chop chili, cilantro and mint

Place mint, lemon, cilantro and chili in a food processor to make a paste

In a bowl, combine yoghurt and mint-cilantro paste. Add cucumber. Season with salt

Enjoy with pilau or biryani
