Mango-cardamom smoothie

Ingredients

3 cups mango
¼ teaspoon ground cardamom
1½ cups milk of choice
1 cup plain Greek yogurt, for recipe click here
1 tablespoon sugar (optional)

Instructions

Wash and dice mangoes

Put mangoes in a freezer bag. Seal and store in freezer for up to 10 months

When ready to use, put milk, Greek yogurt, ground cardamom, sugar and frozen mango into a blender

Mix until consistency is smooth

Enjoy
