Pizza dough

Ingredients

Ingredients (makes 2 medium pizza)

1 cup of warm water
21/3 cups all-purpose flour
¾ teaspoon yeast
3 tablespoons olive oil
½ teaspoon salt
¾ teaspoon sugar

Instructions

In a medium bowl, add yeast with the warm water. Stir until the yeast dissolves

In a big bowl, place flour, add in the yeast-and-warm-water mix, along with the other ingredients

Knead everything together until the dough is smooth

Grease up another bowl with some olive oil and put the dough inside. Turn the dough around so the top is slightly oiled.

Cover the bowl and put the dough aside

Let it rest for at least 4-5 hours

Knead the dough again and divide it into half. Put the dough onto a floured surface. Let it rest for a few minutes

Roll each section into a thin layer
