Simple Vanilla Ice Cream

Freezing time; 6 hours
Total time; 6 hours 15 mins


2 cups whipping cream
1 cup sweet condensed milk
2 teaspoons vanilla


In a large bowl using an electric mixer, whip heavy cream for a few minutes until stiff peaks form

Add in the sweetened condensed milk and vanilla; whisk until combined

Pour mixture into a plastic container or a loaf pan.

Cover with a plastic wrap if using a loaf pan or the lid if using a container; place it in a freezer for approximately 6 hours or overnight.

Remove from freezer 5-10 minutes before serving

Serve with toppings of your choice
