2 avocados, medium size
1/2 medium red onion
1/2 medium tomato
2 tablespoons coriander or parsley leaves
1 tablespoon lemon juice
Salt and pepper to taste


Seed and dice tomato. Chop parsley/ coriander leaves. Dice onion (make pickled onion by washing with salt and water or soak with salt, vinegar and water, optional).

Mash the avocados

Add the remaining ingredients; diced tomato, onion, parsley/ coriander leaves, lemon juice, salt and pepper; mix well

Serve as desired
