One-Pot Mac and Cheese

2-1/2 cups pasta
3 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons flour
2-1/2 cups milk
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
1 teaspoon mustard 
2 cups water
1/4 cup mozzarella cheese
3/4 cup cheddar cheese


Melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat. Stir in flour; cook until smooth, about 3-4 minutes

Add milk slowly while continuously stirring. Cook for another 4-5 minutes, or until smooth and the sauce thickens

Add salt, pepper and mustard. Mix well, then add water and pasta. Simmer for about 8-12 minutes; or until water dries and pasta is cooked

Add cheese, cook until cheese melts

Serve as desires
