Bolognese Sauce

2 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon ginger-garlic paste
1 large onion (diced)
500g minced beef
2 teaspoons beef seasoning
Pepper to taste
2 medium fresh tomato (pureed or diced)
1 x 70g tin of tomato paste


In a sauce pan over medium low heat, bring oil to boil. Add onion and garlic-ginger paste. Cook until soft

Add minced beef, beef seasoning and pepper. Cook until beef is light brown

Add tomato puree and tomato paste. Let it cook for 5 minutes then add 1 cup of water.

Cover with a lid, simmer for about 25-30 minutes; or until water dries and meat is well cooked

Serve as desired with pasta or add in any dish of your choice
