Pizza dough

Ingredients

1 cup of warm water
2-1/3 cups all-purpose flour
¾ teaspoon yeast
3 tablespoons olive oil
½ teaspoon salt
¾ teaspoon sugar

Instructions

In a medium bowl, add yeast and the warm water. Stir until the yeast dissolves

In a big bowl, mix together flour, salt and sugar. Add the yeast mixture and olive oil

Knead until the dough is smooth. Lightly coat dough with olive oil

Cover the bowl with a kitchen towel, let it rest for at least 4-5 hours

Knead the dough again. Put the dough onto a floured surface. Let it rest for a few minutes

Roll into 2 thin layers. Use as needed
