Spiced Pan-Fried Chicken

Prep time; 10 mins
Marinating time; 2 hours
Cooking time; 10 mins
Total time; 10 min plus marinating time


400g chicken breast
1½ teaspoon garlic-ginger paste
2 tablespoon olive oil for marinating
2 tablespoon olive oil for frying
½ teaspoon red chili flakes
1½ teaspoon chicken bouillon powder
Salt and pepper to taste


Make deep slits in the chicken

In a small bowl, add all the ingredients apart from the chicken and the 2 tablespoons oil for frying. Mix well

Place chicken fillets in a large bowl. Add the mixed ingredients, mix to coat. Cover bowl and refrigerate for 2 hours if time allows

On a nonstick pan or grill pan over medium heat, add chicken on boiled oil. Cook chicken on each side until well cooked

Serve as desired
