Mango-Cardamom Smoothie

Ingredients

3 cups mango, frozen
½ teaspoon ground cardamom
1½ cups milk of choice
1 cup plain Greek or plain yogurt
1 tablespoon sugar (optional)

Instructions

Put milk all ingredients into a food processor/ blender. Blend until smooth

Serve as desired
