Eggs-Bacon-Avocado Burgers

Ingredients

Sesame buns
Butter for the buns
Eggs (2 for each burger)
Olive oil for frying the eggs
Onion
Tomato
Slices of sandwich cheese (1 for every burger)
Avocado
Bacon (2-3 for each burger)
Salt and pepper to taste
Lettuce leaves (optional)

Instructions

Slice onion, tomato and avocado, put aside

Slice sesame buns in half. Spread butter on the cut-side

On a pre-heated pan over medium heat, place sesame buns; butter-side down. Cook until they are lightly brown

Fry the bacon until cooked to your liking

On a greased pre-heated frying pan over low heat, pour the eggs. You can use round egg/ pancakes rings for perfect round shapes. Season with salt and pepper

Cover the pan, let eggs cook for 3-4 minutes; or until cooked to your liking

Place cheese on top of the eggs while still very hot so it melts

Top burgers with the eggs and other ingredients as you wish. You can add lettuce leaves if you wish
