Chicken-eggs fried rice

Total time; 20 mins


250g chicken filet, (cooked, grilled or fried)
250g rice; cooked
3 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon garlic-ginger paste
1 onion
2 eggs
Salt to taste


In a frying pan over medium heat, bring 1 tablespoon of oil to boil. Add onion and garlic-ginger paste. Cook until soft

Add chicken, cook until well coated

Transfer chicken onto a plate, put aside

In the same pan, add the remaining oil. Add eggs and salt until cooked to your liking

Add rice and chicken, mix until well combined

Serve hot
