Simple Chicken Fajitas

250g chicken breast
3 halves bell peppers (red, yellow and green)
1 onion
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon chicken seasoning
1 teaspoon garlic-ginger paste
Salt and pepper to taste


Prepare the vegetables; cut chicken, onion and bell peppers into strips

In a wok or frying pan over medium heat, heat oil. Add chicken strips, chicken seasoning, garlic and ginger paste. Stir fry until chicken is almost cooked

Add onion and bell peppers. Season with salt and pepper

Cook until chicken is well cooked and vegetables are crunchy; or until cooked to your liking

Serve as desired. Enjoy
