Grilled chicken-vegetable stir fry

Ingredients

1 large grilled chicken
2 medium tomatoes
2 small onions (or 1 large)
1 large carrot
3 halves bell peppers (green, yellow, red)
1 tablespoon ginger garlic paste
3 tablespoons olive oil
1-2 tablespoon hoisin sauce (optional)
Salt to taste

Instructions

Cut chicken into large pieces, put aside

Prepare the vegetables; cut carrots, onion and carrot into strips; cut tomatoes into about 8 pieces each, or as you like

In a wok over medium high heat, heat oil. Add garlic carrot and onion, cook until crispy; about 2 minutes

Add tomatoes and bell peppers. Cook for another 2-3 minutes, or until cooked to your liking; stirring friequently

Add chicken and hoisin sauce, mix well. Let it cook for 1 more minute, stirring frequently

Serve immediately
