Chicken fried with dry ingredients

1 large chicken
6 tablespoons all purpose flour
1 tablespoon curry powder
1½ teaspoons ground ginger
2 tablespoons chicken bouillon powder
½ teaspoon pepper
Salt to taste
Oil for deep frying


Wash, slice and make deep slits on the meaty parts of each chicken piece. Season with salt

In a shallow plate, add all purpose flour, curry powder, chicken bouillon powder, ground ginger and pepper. Mix well

Coat each piece of chicken with the flour mixture

In a frying pan over medium heat (adjust heat if necessary) bring oil to boil. Place chicken into the boiled oil; don´t overcrowd the pan. If your pan is small, cook in batches

Cook chicken on each side until golden brown; or well cooked

Transfer cooked chicken to a wire rack set over a baking paper/ sheet for the excess oil to drain

Serve as desired
