Crispy Chicken fillets

500g chicken fillets
2 cups breadcrumbs
3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
2 eggs
1 tablespoon ginger-garlic paste
Salt and pepper to taste
Oil for deep frying


Wash, pat dry and cut chicken into thick strips

In a large bowl, season the chicken strips with ginger, garlic, salt, and pepper. Put aside

Heat oil in a large frying pan over medium-high heat. While oil is boiling, beat the eggs in a medium bowl

Coat the chicken strips with all-purpose flour, dip into the beaten eggs then coat with the breadcrumb. Using your fingers, press the breadcrumb so the coating sticks

Add the chicken to the boiling oil and cook until golden brown and crisp, adjusting the heat if needed

Remove from oil, transfer to a plate lined with paper towels for the excess oil to absorb
