Oatmeal-nutella-banana Crepes

1/3 cup all-purpose flour
1/3 cup Oatmeal
2 eggs
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon sugar
1 cup milk
Butter for frying


Nutella as much as you want
1 banana, sliced


Put the oatmeal in a blender and blend until fine

In a large bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt and sugar; until smooth

Add oatmeal and all-purpose flour. Whisk until smooth

Cover bowl, refrigerate for at least 30 minutes

In a skillet/ non-stick pan over medium low heat, pour ΒΌ cup of batter. Quickly rotate the pan to make sure the whole area of the skillet is covered. Cook until the edges start to brown

Flip to the other side, spread some butter on the cooked side

Flip again to the other side and spread butter too. Flip again on both sides until lightly brown and well cooked

Transfer crepes onto a plate, spread a thin coat of Nutella over the middle part, put in slices of bananas; fold as you wish; or use any filling of your choice
