Vegetable fried rice

Rice and vegetables

2 cups cooked white rice
2 tablespoons cooking oil
1 teaspoon garlic
1 medium onion
1 carrot
1 cup green beans
spring onion


2 tablespoons Soy Sauce 
1 tablespoon Sesame oil (optional)
1 teaspoon ginger (optional)
Sesame seeds for garnish (optional)


Prepare ingredients; mince garlic; grate  ginger; dice onion and carrots into very small pieces; slice green into very small pieces; finely chop green onion

In a wok over medium high heat, bring oil to boil. Add garlic until soft, then add onion for a minute or 2

Add carrots and beans, cook until cooked to your liking

Add rice, mix well

In a small bowl, mix together soy sauce, sesame oil and ginger. Add the sauce and spring onion

Serve immediately

Garnish with sesame seeds
