Tuna fish parmesan salad

4 cups iceberg lettuce
1 cup Tuna Fish
1 cup cherry or grape tomatoes
½ cup olives
½ cup parmigiano reggiano/ parmesan cheese (or cheese of your choice)
1 small red onion
½ cup olives
2-3 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
Salt and pepper to taste


Make pickled onion with vinegar or onion, put aside

Slice tomatoes into halves; wash, dry and chop lettuce

Arrange all ingredients into a serving bowl as you like

Season with salt and pepper; drizzle with balsamic vinegar
